Keeps crashing...

Plz update the app

Ill never buy from Hollister online again. Ordered a jacket in the wrong size so I returned it for exchange. Without a word nor email (I even included my number for them to call), they refunded my money and I lost out on a really good sale and the chance to own a jacket.

Still wont load the ID but thats IF the app will launch. Ive tried launching the app 4 times and it crashed left and right. So now I cant even access anything in the app!

So the new update is great, I love the whole new look BUT when I went to check my saves, they were all gone!! It says no saves but I had a lot of saves? BRING THIS BACK

Personally, I prefer Hollister over Abercrombie but thats just me. This app works really well and has never crashed for me. Unlike many shopping apps, this app keeps the items that are in your cart (or in this case, bag) until you remove them or buy them. Many other apps will clear the items in your bag if you completely close the app and it really annoys me because then I have to go back and find my items, assuming I can remember what they were. Overall, this app is really great! I dont much care for the music but thats just me.

Every time I save something, the heart goes gray indicating I saved it, when I go check nothing is there, please fix, but still I love hollister

Be able to see the clothes modelled in the app just like the website.

App had to be hacked whats good with those prices like come on

Wish they (company) can place back the feature were you can find the product you want at a certain store or find the store that carries what you need. Thank you

Great app! But, PLEASE add Apple Pay as a checkout option!!!

I downloaded yesterday and it work for that day for a few hours, when I tried to save it show I double save my item it crash so much that now when I wanna shop again the app doesnt open anymore.

The app is very laggy. For example. When i delete one of my saves the app crashes. I also dont like how you can only have 50 saves. Why cant you just have a unlimited amount of saves. Also. On the Abercrombie app when i save something it will work but not on the hollister app.

Let me just start by saying that adding the Playlist was genius ! I always love the music playing in the store, and now I have that in this app ! Doesnt lag or crash like other apps & has the cutest clothes !

Sometimes I can open the app, but most times It gets stuck on the loading sign.

Updated to the latest version this morning April 18th 2016 and the app doesnt want to anymore. As soon as I launch the app it says "oops something went wrong. Check your connection and try again"

I love the app!!! Great way to shop and look at all the clothes I love and am looking for and for every occasion. However the like/save heart button doesnt work. That really really annoys me when Im trying to save stuff for later and to look at later. Otherwise, AWESOME App however, I would love for that "glitch" to be fixed for good. #ilovehollistershops
